1. Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ab388 platform and its users. By using our services through the ab388 website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted each clause of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use ab388's services, you must be at least 21 years old. We strictly prohibit minors from gaming. We may request an identity document or supporting proof at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be suspended or closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled. We reserve the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts are opened from the same household or the same device.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account using a false identity, incorrect information, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If your information changes, update it in your account settings or contact our support team.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

The ab388 platform follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request a national identity card, photo, or other supporting documents for withdrawal requests or in cases of any suspicious activity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions on account activity.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. ab388 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account credentials.

ab388 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account at any time if unusual or suspicious activity is detected on that account. This includes instances of fraud, deception, or other policy violations.

• Avoid logging in from public or unsecured networks.
• Always log out after each session.
• Stay alert to phishing or fraudulent messages.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ab388 is ৳100, applicable to all payment methods. We currently accept the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through methods other than these are not accepted.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Providing the correct payment reference or transaction ID at the time of deposit is mandatory. ab388 is not responsible for delayed deposits caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for any active bonus has been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ab388 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. We monitor suspicious transactions and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Attempting to transfer funds by depositing and withdrawing without placing bets is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ab388 are eligible for a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will apply the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applicable only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Withdrawing winnings from a bonus before the wagering requirement is met is not possible. If an account is closed without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable only once per member, household, or household device.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit after being awarded, it will expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus terms are satisfied.
• ab388 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the relevant bonus may be cancelled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on ab388 are placed at the member's own discretion and voluntarily. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform declares the bet void due to a technical error.

The maximum payout for any bet is set by ab388 and may vary by category and game. If the maximum payout amount is exceeded, only up to that set limit will be paid out.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Sports results are determined based on announcements by the official authority or the relevant sports body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with ab388's own policy.

6.3 Live Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. If an internet connection is lost mid-game, the game state will be saved on the server and will be available upon reconnection.

6.4 Technical Errors

ab388 reserves the right to correct any figures, odds, or prizes incorrectly displayed due to software or server errors. There is no obligation to pay out unreasonable winnings unintentionally displayed as a result of such errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab388 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Sharing bonuses or splitting commissions with other members.
• Conducting transactions in a fraudulent manner or providing false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation of game results.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical reasons. ab388 is not obligated to compensate for financial losses during such interruptions, but will endeavour to provide a reasonable resolution in cases of genuine technical errors.

If a decision is made to close your account for any reason other than a policy violation, the verified real-money balance will be returned. There is no obligation to pay out bonus balances or funds with unmet wagering requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

ab388 is not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions or interruptions to third-party services.
• Losses caused by issues with your own device or software.
• Financial losses resulting from the outcomes of gaming decisions.

The total liability of ab388 shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
